Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Bubble Washing-Gun Laundry app or website to book laundry pickup and delivery, or when you bring laundry to our shops. "We" means Bubble Washing-Gun Laundry, Unit 4, OPRRA, Kalunasan, Cebu City 6000. By creating an account or booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

We collect your laundry at the address and time window you book, wash, dry and fold it (or provide the other services you choose), and deliver it back in the delivery window you choose. You can also drop off and collect laundry at our shops during opening hours (Daily 8:00am – 7:30pm).

2. Your account

Give us your real name, a mobile number we can reach, and a correct address. Our rider will call or text this number.
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to book.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and shown in the app and on our website. Delivery fees depend on your area and may be free above a certain amount.
Per-load pricing. One load is up to 10 kg of regular clothes, or up to 7 kg of linens and towels. The price when you book is an estimate based on the loads you choose. We count the actual loads at the shop and update the final price in the app before delivery.
Comforters, blankets and other bulky items are washed separately and charged per piece; they cannot go in a regular load because they can damage the machines.
You pay on delivery by cash, GCash, Maya or card, as chosen when booking. Please have the exact amount ready for cash payments. Business customers may be invoiced if agreed.
Promo codes follow the conditions shown with each code, cannot be exchanged for cash, and one code applies per order.

4. Pickup and delivery

Have your laundry ready in a bag at the booked time. If you are not home, you may leave it with a guard, reception or a person you trust — tell us in the instructions.
If our rider cannot reach you within 10 minutes of arriving, we may reschedule the pickup or delivery. Repeated failed deliveries may incur another delivery fee.
Time windows are our best effort. Traffic, weather or other events outside our control may cause delays; we will message you if we expect to be late.
We may refuse or postpone a booking during typhoons, floods, power outages or holidays when the shop is closed. Closures are announced on our Facebook page and in the app.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge in the app until your laundry is picked up. After pickup the order can no longer be cancelled. If we must cancel, there is no charge to you.

6. Caring for your clothes

Check pockets. Remove money, phones, IDs, pens, lipstick and other items. We are not responsible for items left in pockets or for damage they cause.
Separate items that need special care (delicate, hand-wash-only, dry-clean-only, or likely to bleed colour) and tell us in the order notes. We follow care labels when they are present and readable.
Normal wear, fading, shrinking within the limits of the fabric, loose buttons and pre-existing stains or damage are not our responsibility. We do not guarantee that all stains can be removed.
Do not send items that are hazardous, soiled with chemicals or bodily fluids beyond normal use, or illegal. We may refuse them and return them unwashed.

7. Lost or damaged items

Check your laundry when it is delivered and report any missing or damaged item within 24 hours, through the app, by message or by phone, with a photo if possible.
If we are at fault, we will re-wash the item for free or pay fair compensation based on the item's age and condition, up to a maximum of ten (10) times the service charge for that item or load, unless you declared a higher value in writing before pickup and we accepted it.
Laundry not collected or accepted within 30 days after the agreed delivery date may be donated or disposed of after we try to contact you.

8. Ratings and reviews

You may rate your orders. Keep reviews honest and respectful; we may hide reviews with abusive language or personal information.

9. Suspending accounts

We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of riders or staff, repeated no-shows or unpaid orders. You may delete your account in the app at any time when you have no open order.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or other laws that cannot be waived. Apart from that, our total liability for an order is limited as described in section 7.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and our prices. Changes apply to bookings made after they are published; we will notify you in the app of important changes.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We will try to settle any complaint with you directly first. Disputes that cannot be settled go to the proper courts of Cebu City, without affecting your right to file a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
