Privacy Policy

Bubble Washing-Gun Laundry ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). This policy explains what we collect when you use our app, website and shops, why, and your rights.

1. Who is responsible

Bubble Washing-Gun Laundry, Unit 4, OPRRA, Kalunasan, Cebu City 6000, is the personal information controller. For privacy questions or requests, contact our Data Protection Officer at hello@laundry.fullstackpartner.com.

2. What we collect

Account details: name, mobile number, email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash — we cannot see it).
Addresses: the pickup and delivery addresses you save, ZIP code, and instructions such as gate codes or "leave with the guard".
Orders: services and loads, pickup and delivery times, prices, promo codes used, payment method and whether you have paid, notes you give us, ratings and reviews, and the history of each order.
Technical data: your device's IP address and basic log data when you use the app or website, kept for security.

We do not collect your location from your phone, your contacts or photos. We do not store card, GCash or Maya account details — payments happen on delivery.

3. Why we use it (and the legal basis)

To pick up, clean and deliver your laundry and to contact you about your order — necessary to fulfil our contract with you.
To bill you, keep accounting records and meet tax obligations under BIR rules — legal obligation.
To handle complaints and claims, prevent fraud and keep the service secure — our legitimate interests.
To send promos and news, only if you agree — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who sees your data

Our riders see the name, phone number, address, instructions and amount to collect for the orders assigned to them, and only for as long as they need to.
Our shop staff and administrators see orders and customer profiles to run the service.
Service providers that host our systems, bound by agreements to protect your data. Our server is located in the European Union (Germany), which has data protection standards comparable to Philippine law.
Government authorities when required by law.

We never sell your personal data or share it for other companies' advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Your account and saved addresses: until you delete your account.
Order and payment records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally up to 10 years), then deleted or anonymised.
Security logs: up to 90 days.

6. Security

All connections use HTTPS encryption. Passwords are hashed, access is limited to staff who need it, and data is backed up. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the NPC as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to object, to correct it, to have it erased or blocked, to data portability, to file a complaint and to be indemnified for damages. You can:

view and correct your details and addresses in the app (Profile);
delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) when you have no open order;
email us for a copy of your data or any other request — we reply within 15 days.

If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

8. Children

Our service is meant for adults. Minors should book with a parent's or guardian's permission.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; we will tell you in the app about important changes.
